At Mobilitydepartment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and a copy of the packing slip is included inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
